How did you help? There were a number of our congregation serving as volunteers that day. Others gave donations including clothing and books. Others donated their professional services. Will you have another opportunity? YES! May 21, 2011 is the next clinic day.
But there are places to serve the least, the last, the lost, our friends and neighbors, our children. Food Pantry (of which Plano guests are the majority), UMCOR kit items, support and help with Vacation Bible School, assist with summer Sunday school, consider a mission project, help Yvonne in the office. No one can do everything, AND everyone can do something! WWJD? What will YOU do?
